The Warriors won both of their games this week and the 3 players of the week helped them to do so.

Against Seton on Friday, she pitched a complete game 2 hit shutout with 10 strikeouts. At the plate in that game she went 1 for 3 with a single and a run scored. This is the 4th time this year Taylor has been named player of the week.

Mikala King #21 (Senior, Shortstop) went 1 for 3 with an RBI double and a walk against Chenango Forks for a .500 on base percentage. She also had 4 put outs in the game defensively. Against Seton (currently ranked 3rd in New York State Class C) she scored what turned out to be the winning run in the first inning and then she had a 2 RBI double in the second inning. She later scored in that same inning making her involved in all 4 of Chenango Valley's runs for the game. This is the 4th time this year Mikala has been named player of the week.

Brianna Stinson #18 (Freshman, Center Field) has made an impact as a freshman starting every game this year. This week against Chenango Forks she scored one of the Warriors runs in her 2 at bats and in the big game of the week against Seton she went 1 for 2 with a single, a run scored and a .500 batting average. She also made a big catch for the 3rd out of the inning in the 5th inning.
